1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between windb online casino and betting platform ("Platform", "we", or "windb") and its users ("you" or "member"). 2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, windb reserves the right to close all such accounts without prior notice and forfeit any associated balances.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

windb may request identity verification documents at any time, which may include:

• Scan copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)

If the required documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

2.3 Account Security

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at windb is ৳300 (three hundred taka), which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods:

• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank digital wallet

The payment method and account used for deposits must belong to the same person. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method approved by windb. windb reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request on suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

4.3 Withdrawals Before Completing Bonus Wagering

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirement must be met. Before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, only an amount equal to your own deposited funds may be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The windb welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus total. Example: receive a ৳1,000 bonus and you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and eligibility conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Attempting to claim bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• windb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by windb.

5.4 VIP Program

6. Gaming Rules
